“Do not rely upon this bus tour to have a seat for you, They give reservations to groups down the line. Not disclosed when they sell you a ticket via Viator! Arrived 20 minutes before scheduled arrival, bus arrived with 12 empty seats! Denied boarding because a group of 12 down the line had reserved the seats. Not “Hop on” as advertised . Asked for my money back so i could take a taxi for tour i had scheduled down the line. Told because I had booked thru Viator he could not refund my money. Missed my tour. cost me money. WARNING do not rely on sightseeing Hop on Hop…”

“Poor sharing of information once on tram. Girl leading things was quite overwhelmed and it took her about 20 minutes to get to us and we were first on. Never got info/maps until reaching stop for the castle. Wouldn’t do this again. (Don’t post. This is feedback for those running this trip)”
